Good “morning”, friends. (It’s, um, 12:00 a.m. exactly.)

going to forego our coffee “date” this week. It’s late (early?), I’m tired, and I’m meeting a friend for our morning run in, oh, about six hours.

Really, I need to not do this to myself.
