Through this broken time, I’ve been wondering what God is going to do with it. He’s giving me small glimpses, and I’m excited to see what all of it becomes. It was tough to lay it all out there…but at the same time healing, too. :)

Thanks for the CD suggestion. I actually do have it in my iTunes (along with thousands of other songs). I’ll make a point to listen to it this week. :)

Unfortunately, all too often Christians feel the need to hide their brokenness rather than laying it out there and then letting God use it somehow for HIS glory.

I also appreciated the Mark Schultz song you posted…have you discovered Steven Curtis Chapman’s song (and CD) Beauty Will Rise ? That’s a favorite of mine from walking through tragedy in our family lives…
