I never thought of it like this, but I’m the same way…..I want to get ‘er done (so to speak) in my running and in my life. Most of the time, the Lord is on ‘saunter thru the woods and look at the lilies’ kind of speed, and I’m frustrated most of the time.

Oh, and I’ll join you and Marcy if you come to Washington to race (smile)

Thank you, Marcy! My running has actually taken a hit in the last few months, too…too much snow and cold, and I don’t like treadmills. I can’t wait for spring! And, yes…I’ll let you know if I’m ever in Washington…that would be so fun!

Awesome job on your first 10k!!! I run too, but this last year it has taken a serious hit. There’s nothing like it though-once you’re back in the swing of things, which I’m still working on ;). If you ever want to run a race in Washington, let me know and I’ll join ya!

This photo is almost the same visual as running along the Fox River! Okay, maybe not…..but it makes me want to run along that path I see. Although my dreams typically involve how to complete a brake job on my car. Uggggg….
